In its speech of nomination of the
1st senior of multi-field faculty with Nador, Friday September 30, 2005,
in the enclosure of one of the lecture theaters of faculty and in the
presence of the governor of the province, of the presidents of the
university institutes, the provincial elected officials, of the
representatives of the civil institutions..., the president of the
university Mohammed I, Mr. Al Farissi, declared that this university core
is a strategic choice aiming at the reinforcement of the identity of the
Eastern area and an economic development appropriateness, social and
cultural of the area. To finalize and concretize such a project, which
remains until now incomplete, the president of the university Mohamed I
Mr. Al Farissi hopes for the contest of all the actors concerned, the
elected officials, the authorities and the local communities in order to
make to this institution an actor of weight in the economic and cultural
environment of the Eastern area. For that, one would need that everyone,
private and public, contribute to develop the city by creating arts
centres, intellectual and ludic; to facilitate the transport of the
students towards faculty and their habitat. It called the new senior,
appointed by His Majesty the King Mohamed VI at the beginning of September
according to the law N° 01/00 organizing the higher education carrying out
the N°001/199 dahir on 15 safar 1421 correspondent than May 19, 2000, to
adopt a communication and discursive step to lead all the professorial,
administrative and student's members to invest body and heart for the
success of this promising project. New senior Al Khidr Gharibi, in his
speech, invited all the actors of the province to assure the launching of
the university re-entry by facilitating the transport of the students and
their habitat. In conclusion, it promised a participative direction with
all the components of faculty, a catch in consideration of the teaching
staff and a bringing together between the students and the
administration.
